Due to the nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery for support.
To be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund:
- Contact us at shopbnatural@outlook.com with a clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
No refunds will be issued for used products or for change-of-mind purchases. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests at our discretion.
